Alexendrine (Alexis), the Wellness Director is exceptional — thoughtful, caring, knowledgeable and the absolute epitome of a professional who understands the needs of seniors with dementia. Ben, the Director and the afternoon/night team are also very attentive, empathetic and they make a difference in people's quality of life.
Ben, Alex & entire staff were absolutely supportive, caring, & patient with my husband. I would highly recommend anyone suffering with memory loss.
My mother has excellent loving care at this facility. She always looks clean and is well fed and has been treated with respect and kindness. The staff there has always been very kind to us her family. They have lots of patience with my mom because the disease she has is so devastating to our entire family we have had to depend on them to give my mom the care she deserves in the end of her life. During Covid they did everything to keep the residence safe. I feel very blessed to have found this place for mom. Thanks everyone for all you have done for her and for me and Andrew.
